Located in the heart of historic Lower Village New Gloucester, at the intersection of Gloucester Hill and Cobb's Bridge roads and Route 231 (the Intervale Rd.), the New Gloucester Village Store offers ample seating in a sunny dining area. Or if you prefer, have a seat outside on our patio.

Directions from Neighboring Towns
From LEWISTON / AUBURN - Turnpike Exit 75
Head south on Route 100. When exiting the turnpike take a right (yield) at the light off the ramp and head straight toward New Gloucester. About 4 miles from the exit ramp will be Upper Village New Gloucester and a blinking light at a crossroads (you will have passed the Frozen Custard stand on the right), Mario's on the left, Links' Variety on right with gas pumps, and Cloutier's Market on right also with gas pumps). At the blinking light on Route 100, take a left onto route 231 for 2 miles head straight into Lower Village New Gloucester. As you drive straight through the intersection (no lights) we're on the right.
From NEW AUBURN
Head out South Main Street past the Pleasant Hill Golf Course and shortly after crossing over the turnpike bridge (about 2.5 mi. from New Auburn) bear left staying on the Pownal Road (for 2 mi.) till you come to Trapp Rd. Take a right onto Trapp Rd. (at the bottom of a hill) and take that all the way to Lower Village New Gloucester (about 4.5 mi.; note that when you cross the town line into New Gloucester, the road name changes to Cobb's Bridge Road.
At the intersection with Route 231 take a left and the store will be in view on your immediate right.
From PORTLAND / WINDHAM / GRAY
Routes 115 (from Windham), Routes 202 & 4 (from Gorham), and Route 100 from Portland all converge in Gray. But when you get to Gray stay with Routes 202, 4, & 100 north past McDonald's and Cumberland Farms (on your right). Do NOT take the left onto route 26 (to Poland & Oxford) but stay on route 100 which eventually runs past Cole Farms Restaurant (on right). You will soon cross into the town of New Gloucester (3 mi. from Gray center) and just after the N. G. Bible Church (on your left), bear right onto Gloucester Hill Rd (4 mi from Gray center). This will take you up over the hill past the Opportunity Farm for Boys and Girls. Stay straight on this road (about 2 mi.) and you will find yourself at the Lower Village intersection at Route 231 in New Gloucester. At the stop sign in Lower Village take a right. The store will be on your immediate right at the corner.
From NORTH YARMOUTH / PINELAND
Get on route 231 and head north to New Gloucester. (North Yarmouth is about 6 miles south of Pineland). The store is only 4.5 miles from Pineland Center on your left after crossing the railroad tracks in the Intervale and heading straight up the hill to the intersection in Lower Village New Gloucester.
From NORTH POWNAL / DURHAM
If you're in North Pownal at the Garden Spot Farm, head to the intersection of Runaround Pond Rd and Fickett Rd. and take a right at the North Pownal General Store (putting the store on your right) onto the Fickett Rd in North Pownal which cuts over to Pineland in New Gloucester (about 3 mi.) and is then known as the North Pownal Rd. Take a right onto Route 231 and continue to Lower Village New Gloucester for another 3 mi. The store is on the left just before the Lower Village intersection of Cobbs Bridge Road, Gloucester Hill Rd. and Route 231.
